Korean Legal Advice is YUSU Lawfirm’s English-language legal service for foreign individuals and international clients in Korea.
YUSU Lawfirm (법무법인 유수) is a Korean law firm providing legal services in English to foreign nationals, expatriates, overseas residents and international clients in Korea. The firm was founded by Attorney Soobin You, a Korean-licensed attorney and former prosecutor. We represent foreign individuals, international families and overseas clients in criminal investigations, crime victim complaints, divorce and family matters, immigration-related legal issues, civil disputes, and contracts and settlements. Criminal investigations and litigation are a particular strength: our team has worked on the prosecution, police investigation and defense sides of the Korean criminal justice system, and we handle every matter with clients in English.

YUSU Lawfirm (법무법인 유수) was founded by Attorney You in 2026. With offices in Seoul (Mapo) and Gyeongju, the firm brings together attorneys Juhwan Kim and Kyungmin Kim, and specialist advisor Chunggeol Lee, a former police investigator with 13 years of experience.

Former public prosecutor at the Daegu and Uijeongbu District Prosecutors’ Offices. Graduated first in her class from the University of Seoul School of Law.
Kyungmin Kim
Deputy Managing Attorney · U.S.-Educated, Fluent in English
Educated in the United States and communicates directly with English-speaking clients. Master’s in Communication, Yonsei University; law degree, University of Seoul School of Law.
Juhwan Kim
Deputy Managing Attorney
Previously practiced at Law Firm Sol and served as Deputy Managing Attorney at Law Firm W. Law degree, University of Seoul School of Law.
Chunggeol Lee
Senior Advisor · Former Police Investigator
Spent 13 years as a Korean police investigator, including the Voice Phishing Investigation Team at Gyeongsan Police Station and the Criminal Affairs Division at Gyeongju Police Station.
