Attorney Soobin Yoo began her legal career as a public prosecutor at the Daegu and Uijeongbu District Prosecutors’ Offices, where she personally directed criminal investigations and prosecuted cases in court. Attorney Kyungmin Kim was educated in the United States, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Drury University in Multimedia Production & Journalism. She communicates directly with English-speaking clients — no interpreter needed. After earning a master’s degree in Communication from Yonsei University, she completed her law degree at the University of Seoul School of Law, with practical training at the Constitutional Research Institute of the Constitutional Court of Korea and the public defender’s office of the Seoul Eastern District Court. Senior Advisor Chunggeol Lee spent 13 years as a police investigator, including in the Voice Phishing Investigation Team at Gyeongsan Police Station and the Criminal Affairs Division at Gyeongju Police Station. He knows exactly how Korean police build a case — what they look for, how interrogations work, and where investigations can go wrong. His fraud investigation background is especially valuable for foreign clients who have been victims of scams in Korea.
